Why Greater Noida is a good investment option for home buyers?



In the past few decades, India has witnessed the growth of many smart cities. In North India, there is Greater Noida which is located near the capital city New Delhi and is a part of the National Capital Region. Greater Noida was developed as a part of the initiative taken by the Government of India to develop the areas around the capital city. To cope up with the infrastructural needs of the growing population of Delhi, the government decided to develop the areas of Noida, Greater Noida and Gurgaon.

As per the 2011 census the population of Grater Noida was just close to a lakh. But it is slowly increasing. There are many commercial and residential complexes developed by real estate developers in this city. People who cannot afford to stay in cities like New Delhi or Gurgaon look forward to Greater Noida as the most viable option. Good connectivity through roads and metro makes it possible for people in Greater Noida to travel to and fro for work in New Delhi and Gurgaon. 

The Indian government recently took some big steps like demonetization, GST and RERA which impacted the real estate sector. The real estate market is almost dead with many unsold inventories in big cities like Delhi, Mumbai, Bangalore, Greater Noida etc. But things are slowly expected to change in the future. Emerging cities like Navi Mumbai, Greater Noida, Thane etc. will expand very fast in the future. They are well planned cities with massive Green cover and infrastructure.

Some builders are providing good financial assistance to the buyers like no EMI’s till possession, Booking with minimum amount, 2-3 years assured rentals etc. In addition to it, Indian government has also launched their scheme –Pradhan Mantri Awaz Yojana through which the buyers who have a single property and who fall under a particular income bracket are eligible for subsidy. This scheme is only in fewer townships like Grater Noida.

All the above factors makes Grater Noida a good investment option.
